This cardio intense workout includes stretching , calisthenics , running drills , sand jogging , agility training and core training. We wind it all down with a little yoga. A perfect way to start your day!
This workout is suitable for all fitness levels. Whether you want something to add to your existing workout , or are starting something new , this class is a must.
*This is NOT your typical beach boot-camp type of class....I'm more of a cheerleader than a drill sergeant.
The environment is friendly , encouraging and refreshing. The ocean view , sunshine , and ocean breeze are perfect inspiration and make this workout a blast.

* Co-Ed Class every Saturday morning at 10:30
*After-Work Co-Ed Sunset Beach Boot-camp every Tuesday & Thursday at 6:30pm - (this class is cancelled for the Winter & will resume in the Spring)
Co-Ed classes are in Playa del Rey at the beach across from the lagoon (next to the first apartment bldg. on Pacific). click here for a map
* Ladies Only Class every Monday , Wednesday , Friday morning 6-7 in Playa del Rey at the beach at the end of Culver Blvd. (by the lifeguard tower)
