I am setting some new goals and have 2 race, walks I want to do this year, need to lose weight and get strong. Want to be better at 60 than I am now in my 50's!!

About Me
I am setting some new goals , and walking each day is one of them. I am a certified personal trainer and own a Curves 30 min fitness center. We have 3 events coming up this fall we all want to be in shape for , as every one I am always looking for ways to stay movated and to try to get Happy Healthy and be totally Honest with myself and others! I truly like to use my lame excuses and need some walking partners to keep me on track!! I have a fablous hubby we have been married 42 years this August and I would like to lose 25lbs by then. I also have 2 carin terriers that are awsome and we do a fun walk with loose a pound with your hound event and also need to get into training for the american cancer BC walk in Oct and the Great Santa Run in December. we need 10 ,000 walkers to beat the England team and win the crown of the Guniness book of records for the most walkers dressed as Santa , always have alot of events to do but I need to get some me time in so i can get healthy , maybe practice what I preach!! I will be 60 in 2011 and I want to be in better Health and Happier and more Honest with myself by that birthday!! A new 30/30! sometimes my mind says I'm 30 and my body says I'm 90 so I need to change that!! Let's set some goals and put some pounds and pavement behind us not on us!!!

Ladies who would love to get Healthy , Happy and Honest with them selves , no more excuses!!! Ladies who like to walk for good causes and make a diffrence in our lives as a group and team. some ladies who are like minded in health and are willing to see how amazing we are when we set goals and achive them!! And count our blessing every day!
