I am a self motivated person who lifts weights ,eats healthy and doesn't have any restrictions for how hard I can work out because of my healthy life style. I love the thrill of pushing myself to new limits . I love to get air be it on a Bike or Horse and the challenge of something that really makes me think about how I am going to get through something like technical bike trails. These things make my day!!!

Thanks for the message! Happy new year to you too. I'm taking a break from my usual routine but I should figure something to do in the winter too. Biking on ice isn't as much fun as biking on rocks. :)
